There’s no reason to buy high grade finished plywood for use as a subfloor if your just going to cover it up with finished flooring. The bathroom has 1/4″ plywood on walls and ceiling. For most purposes a 3/4in or 19nn wbp hardwood plywood will be more than sufficient.
